Description
Grade II listed building rebuilt from a townhouse designed by William Atkinson for the Dudley Ward family in 1827.
Formation Architects are converting the building into single private residence, 4,090 sqm (44,000 sqft). The project is due to be completed in mid 2012.
Dudley House was bought in January 2006 for £37.4 million by a private investment company Bristol Isles Ltd. Before that it was occupied by Hammerson plc since 1970.
Plans include up to 17 bedrooms, a 50ft ballroom, 80ft picture gallery and 14 reception rooms, to the highest standard.
