2015 December - The vacant building is acquired by Derwent London for £132m. In the following nine months, Derwent London refurbished the 185,000 sq ft of above ground office space in Phase 1 creating a new public entrance and an atrium, which is served by a new café and bar.
2014 November - RBS puts the building for sale.
Formerly known as Aldgate Union, the building was home to Royal Bank of Scotland.
