Reuben Brothers are redeveloping Millbank Tower, turning it into 207 apartments and a five-star hotel.
Set to break ground in 2024 once the existing tenancies cease.
Millbank Tower is a 118-metre Grade II listed tower and podium building from 1963 on the banks of river Thames, London SW1, which is set for redevelopment.
New Homes: The new homes will mainly be one and two-bedrooms, some with private gardens.

Hotel: Five-star hotel 150-bedroom hotel.
Various food and beverage outlets, including publically accessible sky bar on the 34th floor, as well as a new cafe on top of the podium on the third floor.

History
Prior to redevelopment, the building has commercial use. Millbank Media Centre presentation venue is on the ground level. De Vere Venues at Altitude are situated on top of the Tower. In 2019, the office space was marketed by JLL, Deloitte and Tuckerman.
2015 August - Planning application submitted for redevelopment of Millbank Tower. Designed by John McAslan + Partners.
2015 April - John McAslan + Partners commissioned by Motcomb Estates to convert the 33 storey, 118m high Millbank Tower and Complex into high-end residential and 5-star hotel use.
The original scheme was designed by Ronald Ward + Partners for the engineering company Vickers and completed in 1963. It is listed at Grade II and one of the few London towers to be praised for its structural elegance and composition.
