2016 April - Great Portland Estates sells Mortimer House to Guy Ivesha for £26.95 million. The 23,800 sq ft office property was vacant and had the necessary planning consents to undertake a comprehensive refurbishment. However, as a consequence of the strong demand at the time for vacant refurbishment opportunities, it made financial sense to sell the property and secure profit. The sale completed in June 2016.
