2017 February - Law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer signs 20-year lease for floors 20-32 from 2021.

2014 October - Great Portland Estates plc sold their remaining 12.5% interest in the 100 Bishopsgate Partnership to Brookfield for £15.8million, following the exercise of the ‘put' option that was secured on sale of a 37.5% interest in the partnership in October 2012.
