Overview

Hoxton Press is a completed residential-led development in Hoxton, London N1.

The project comprises two towers of 20 and 16 storeys on approximately 0.93 acres, including 198 one and two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses for private sale.

This was the third phase of the 11.98 acre Colville Estate regeneration project.

The development includes a single storey basement car park, ancillary services and a ground-floor café in one of the towers.

The site of Hoxton Press was once home to a paper manufacturing company owned by the Mullord Brothers who produced paper products including lace paper greeting cards and playing cards from the 1860's to early 1900's. In keeping with this history Anthology has named the towers ‘Mono' and ‘Duo', both printmaking techniques.

The first release of homes at Hoxton Press was in the ‘Duo' block offering a mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Completion of the two towers, Mono and Duo summer 2018.
