Holly House is the latest proposed scheme for the Chiswick Roundabout site on the edge of the M4 motorway in Chiswick, London W4.
Starbones Ltd is planning to build c. 300 new homes and 50,000 sq ft of flexible workspace in a highly sustainable, green building with communal gardens.
History
2015 December - Planning application submitted for: Redevelopment of site to provide a mixed-use building of one part ground plus 31 storeys and one part ground plus 24 storeys, comprising 327 residential units (Use Class C3), office (Use Class B1) and retail/restaurant uses (Use Class A1-A3), basement car and bicycle parking, resident amenities and hard and soft landscaping with all necessary ancillary and enabling works. Hounslow Planning Reference no: 00505/EY/P18. Refused Planning Permission 09/02/2017. Appeal lodged 08/08/2017.
The London Octopus was one of the planned developments of 7,000 sqm office building with a 2,650 sqm LED shroud designed by MAKE Architects.
