Overview

Royal Albert Wharf is a residential development in the Royal Docks, London E16.

The 9.6ha site will provide more than 1,059 new homes.

1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes will be for private sale, Shared Ownership sale, target and affordable rent, private rent.

660 new homes are for market sale, 160 for affordable rent and 239 for Shared Ownership.
