Overview

The Atrium is a new residential building on Park Road by the Regent's Canal in St John's Wood.

There are 27 opulent apartments in the building, all finished to the highest possible specification. The 3,218 sq ft penthouse on the 6th and 7th floors includes a roof terrace and circular living and dining area offering panoramic views over Regent's Park and Regent's Canal towards Primrose Hill.

June 2013 - Shepherd Construction completed and handed over a £27 million residential development managed by Pantelli Associates and delivered on behalf of Profin Management Ltd.

Construction work included extensive temporary work solutions to support a 15-meter deep excavation programme which bordered the busy Regent's canal and footpath, and the over ground section of the Metropolitan line to the rear of the site. The high specification of the building, which includes an integrated reception and home management system, also required extremely complex M&E service provision.

The specification of the penthouse:

Principal bedroom with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Bedroom 2 with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, 3 further bedrooms, 2 further bathrooms (en-suite), shower room (en-suite), fully fitted Bulthaup kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, reception room incorporating dining area, guest cloakroom, utility room, kitchenette. Savant integrated home management control system (controlled by iPad, iPhone or iPod) with remote control AV systems, heating and cooling systems and curtains/blinds. Thermostatically controlled under floor heating and comfort cooling, large roof terrace, underground parking available by separate negotiation, Harrods Estates run 24-hour concierge service with valet parking.
