Shared Ownership
Six 1 and 2 bedroom shared ownership apartments, branded as Lawn Apartments, were available through Site Sales in 2017. Full prices for those homes started from £607,500 for a 1 bedroom apartment.

History
Fairview New Homes transform the site at 32 Lawn Road (site area ca 0.24ha/0.59 Acres), which was bought from Camden Council, who had deemed it surplus to requirements, in March 2014. Planning permission for the apartments to be built was granted in April 2015.

There were formerly two buildings on the development site at Lawn Road - a former car park, which most recently housed several commercial units and undercroft parking, and a former laundrette, which was most recently used as a community centre. Both buildings were demolished.

Named after the site’s former address – 32 Lawn Road – Thirty2 features a sleek curved shape inspired by the nearby Grade I listed Isokon building.

Transport
Belsize Park tube station, Hampstead Heath overground and Hampstead Heath itself are all less than half a mile from Thirty2.
