The scheme was originally going to be delivered by Third.i. The Doulton would offer 28 apartments including 3 lateral whole-floor penthouses with 360-degree views, and 25 two-and three-bedroom apartments, all having direct views across the Thames.

History
The development has been named after the site’s history as a Royal Doulton manufacturing site.
2014 September - developer CLS Holdings Plc is granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Westminster Tower into a mixed-use building.
Westminster Tower offers an opportunity to locate within easy reach of both Waterloo and Vauxhall mainline stations whilst being convenient for Central London.
Boyer was instructed by CLS Holdings to negotiate refurbishment and a change of use.
The original building was constructed in 1983.
