History
2019 May - Collins hands over 123 Victoria Street after fitting out 43,000 sq ft of space for Landsec for their new flexible office brand Myo.
2012 August - Completion of the refurbishment of the building comprising 28,000 sq ft retail, 199,000 sq ft offices, Retail 100% let, Offices 42% let, Jimmy Choo 48,000 sq ft, CDC 31,000 sq ft, 25% in solicitors hands. The 227,000 sq ft 1970's office and retail building was comprehensively refurbished in 2012 with a development cost of around £150 million. The redevelopment, designed by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson includes replacing all the building's glazing and shopfronts to improve energy efficiency and maximise the internal natural lighting. A new roof has been added, and the canopy removed allowing the original award winning architecture to come back to life. Internally the building has been completely stripped out, the service core and reception areas reconfigured and all plant and machinery replaced.
The property was originally constructed in 1977.
