Description

This striking building's stone fins stretch skywards, connected by rows of glass panels. Each panel has been crafted so that a waterfall of reflections, created by the day's shifting patterns of light, tumbles down the façade into the waters at the building's feet. The pinnacle of Grosvenor Waterside, Caro Point is crowned by a sculpted weather vane, rotating within the tallest stone fin.

Grosvenor Waterside is next to the River Thames, with Sloane Square around the corner and exclusive Knightsbridge and Belgravia only minutes away. Nearby, the proposed luxury development of the former Chelsea Barracks site, just across Ebury Bridge Road, will create an upscale new residential neighbourhood that will seamlessly link Grosvenor Waterside to Chelsea and Belgravia.

All apartments are finished to the highest level, including under-floor heating and whole-apartment ventilation; two- and three-bedroom apartments have comfort cooling in principal rooms.

Caro Point has earned a ‘Very Good' rating under the BREEAM EcoHomes assessment system.

Energy-efficient technology minimises the building's carbon footprint, and the Combined Heat & Power plant is fuelled by eco-friendly biofuel.

Every apartment has its own water meter and waterefficient appliances, with multi-compartment waste bins for easy recycling. Rainwater is also harvested and re-used to irrigate the landscaping.

ROUND-THE-CLOCK CONCIERGE SERVICE

This dedicated residents' service arranges taxi, restaurant and theatre reservations;
- journey planning and rail tickets;
- dry cleaning and grocery shopping; car hire; key-holding;
- porterage;
- emergency maintenance, cleaning and other services.

HIGH LEVELS OF SECURITY

A 24-hour concierge presence provides high-level security, and fully qualified Security Industry Authority-licensed staff patrol both day and night. CCTV cameras monitor Caro Point's entrances and exits, stairwells and lobbies, lifts and landings. Individual entry to each apartment building and the
car park is by key-fob, and all apartments feature full-colour hands-free door entry systems. An alarm response service responds to out-of-hours alarm activations.

SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING

Grosvenor Waterside's shared basement car park has assigned spaces available for Caro Point residents. Secure vehicle entry is by remote entrance gates operated by key fob, which also gives access to Caro Point's basement lobby and lifts.

GYM & SPA

Managed by Total Fit, the new gym and spa facility is
available to all private residents at Grosvenor Waterside.

It includes a multi-purpose studio and a cardiovascular gym, as well as sauna, steam room and spa pool.

CITY CAR CLUB

For Caro Point residents who want use of a car without the burden of ownership, City Car Club has two vehicles located at Grosvenor Waterside basement car park and at neighbouring Hepworth Court.
