Overview

77 Mayfair is a new apartment building from 2016 on South Audley Street in Mayfair, London W1.

77 Mayfair comprises the design and construction to shell and core of seven exceptionally high quality apartments over seven storeys, and has 30,139 sq ft of space (excluding basement levels).

The average size of an apartment is 4,000 sq ft.

The building is a concrete frame with a triple basement containing car parking and leisure facilities. The building is clad in hand set Portland stone with bronze full height windows, green roof and PV system. The new build works will incorporate a retained Georgian façade along South Audley Street.

The triple basement containing a swimming pool, gym and leisure facilities, is formed using a perimeter secant piled wall with temporary horizontal propping and a dewatering system. All these systems will be rigorously controlled and monitored throughout the works to ensure adjoining properties are not affected.

The interiors have been further complemented by Martin Kemp Design, meticulously crafted to enhance and celebrate the unparalleled high ceilings and unique lateral living space that 77 Mayfair provides, thereby creating the finest selection of residential properties in the capital.
