2012 July 30 - Hyde Park Agencies, having advised and acted for their clients, Amwaj Properties Ltd of Bahrain, in the acquisition of this prime Central London site in North Wharf Gardens, Paddington Basin, W2 for £121,000,000, are pleased to announce that completion of this purchase took place last Friday, 27th July 2012. This site was purchased from the City of Westminster and contracts were exchanged in October 2011.

The former North Western Community School site is situated on North Wharf Road, between Paddington Basin on the Paddington Branch of the Grand Union Canal and Harrow Road / Westway, and covers an area of approximately 1.52 hectares. Formerly occupied by North Westminster Community School buildings and an ancillary theatre.
