5 Merchant Square office building brought a lot of visitors to Buildington last week and the reason behind it is quite simple – agents Knight Frank and Jonas Lang LaSalle are actively advertising the available 8,955m2/96,374sq ft space available to let here. The location is of course excellent with Paddington Station (with Crossrail link from 2016!) around the corner and Hyde Park and Oxford Street just 15 minute walk away.
