Barratt cuts prices of new homes in London
Barratt Developments announced today that it has reduced prices for some of its new homes in London.
“In general, consumer demand is robust, driven by an undersupply of homes, good mortgage availability and a supportive Government policy environment including Help to Buy (Equity Loan). At the same time market conditions in London at higher selling prices remain more challenging. To mitigate these risks we have taken pricing action on a number of our sites in London,” said David Thomas, Chief Executive of Barratt Developments.
