I am looking for off plan investment opportunities in London, one or two beds mainly. My budget is around £350-£500k and depends on the completion date. Any suggestions?

Go to the website to find more information, up to date prices, and contact details. We advise you to give the sales contact a call and definitely fill out the registration form so the agent or developer can keep you on their list.

We have just added One Zero Eight to our database, which is a boutique development of 15 apartments in Golders Green, London NW11. One bedroom apartments here start from £395,000. Expected completion is January 2018. Sales agents are Glentree and Goldschmidt & Howland.

Another development you might be interested in, is Enderby Wharf in Greenwhich, where Barratt London is building 7 new apartment blocks. The riverfront development offers studios, one, two, three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, all with private outdoor space. Prices start from £432,000. The development is completed in phases and should be completed by 2019.
