What’s new? A new public sculpture ‘Bicameral’ by the British sculptor, Conrad Shawcross RA, was unveiled recently at Chelsea Barracks. Bicameral reflects the rich botanical history of Belgravia, with the nearby famous Physic Garden, and pays homage to the use of materials and commitment to craftsmanship at the heart of the new Chelsea Barracks.

What’s New? Northacre appointed Robert Gibson as the company’s new Construction Director. With more than 30 years in the construction industry, Robert has previously worked for Berkeley Homes and Bouygues and will be managing the construction of No. 1 Palace Street and The Broadway.

8. 22 Bishopsgate

What is it? A new 62-storey office building in the City, completing in mid-2020.
What’s New? AXA IM- Real Assets agreed to a 10-year lease to Nasdaq in October. They will occupy the entire 25,000 sq ft 18th floor of the PLP designed building. This week it was announced that Starcraft, a leading international producer of clean energy, will take 25,000 sq ft, the entire 19th floor on a 10-year lease.
