Branded Products: Kitchen Appliances in London’s New Homes

Written on .
Do you have a brand preference when it comes to kitchen appliances? New homes sold in London usually come with a fully fitted kitchen but which brands are local developers’ current favourites?

Based on the specifications of some 50+ new homes completing in 2017 and onwards, we put together a list to give us some insight.

What we found was that there are more or less 10 main brands the developers prefer. German Miele and Siemens are most popular in Central London. The reliable Bosch is not far behind. Italian Zanussi is preferred for the more affordable homes. Smeg can be found in quirky homes. Liebherr and Gaggenau are perfect for a penthouse.
