New homes launching this weekend: The Refinery in Silvertown E16

Southern Home Ownership is opening the doors to its latest development The Refinery on Saturday 2nd March 2019.

The scheme offers 60 one, two and three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes and duplexes. Each apartment has been designed open-plan and includes a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances as well as a contemporary bathroom. Prices start from £122,500 (based on a 35% share; full value £345,000).
