Communal roof terrace on top of a building has recently become one of the most popular amenities for residents buying new homes in London. We hear that access to outdoor space in the building is especially appealing to the growing population working from home. During the day you don’t have to go far for some fresh air and space for thought. At night many of them are excellent for entertaining your guests.
