One Crown Place Residences in the City EC2 Launch Today

One Crown Place – See the City in a New Light!

New apartments at One Crown Place in the City of London EC2 are launching today 8th February 2017.

The development completing in 2020 comprises existing period buildings and two new residential towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates. The buildings will contain 246 apartments.

One bedroom apartments are for sale from £735,000. Two bedroom apartments from £1,150,000.

Amenities, designed by Sophie Ashby of Studio Ashby, include the concierge, the gym, Art Deco-style cinema, outdoor terrace, a workhub and a private dining room.
