Take a virtual tour of the show apartments in London’s new developments
One of the first housebuilders to introduce a virtual tour for the show apartment was Higgins at Clissold Park development in Stoke Newington in 2016. Little did we know it would become so important in marketing a new home in 2020.
We scraped through our new developments database to see how many developments are now using them to market the property.
You will find that most of the show homes are presented using the Matterport software, which is simple to use and has some great features. Visitors can explore the apartment from different spots in each room. The ‘dollhouse view’ which helps you grasp the space better and lets you see more than you would notice at a normal viewing in real life. There is also a 2D floorplan and a handy measurement tool. If you have a VR headset, there is a link that you can use to take the tour with your mobile.

This one of the developments where you can expect some spectacular views! Berkeley offers virtual tours of the 1 and 2 bedroom flats for sale. New homes are available in both Carrara (est. completion 2021) and Valencia (2024) towers. 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments are remaining. Prices starting at £885,000.

Peabody has two show apartments available for online viewing. Both 1 and 2-bedroom apartments feature a balcony are for sale through Shared Ownership. Full prices for these homes start from £385,000.
