The Grange is a residential development from Populo Living in Plaistow, London E13.
77 apartments in two buildings designed by housing design experts KCA as contemporary “mansion blocks”. The two buildings surround a communal area and look out over the Greenway.
The homes are let at London Affordable Rents and will be available in due course to those on the Newham housing waiting list in accordance with the Council’s nominations policy.
The £18 million project comprises the re-development of previously derelict and vacant land to create two contemporary mansion blocks of five and six storeys. The development will include a landscaped communal garden, cycle storage and open views across the Greenway.
In 2024 March, the building is fully let.
Site & Location
The homes are ideally situated backing on to the Greenway, the 4.3 mile long raised footpath and the off-road cycle route providing links from Royal Docks Road in Beckton through to Stratford and the Olympic Park.
