The name Author references the neighbourhood of King’s Cross, known as a centre for creativity and innovation. The Argent team has led the redevelopment and rejuvenation at King’s Cross since 2001.
Author King’s Cross will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments for rent with many benefitting from a private balcony.
The three buildings have been designed by a different architectural practice: David Morley Architects, Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios and Haptic.
