Overview
Locksley D is an affordable housing development on a previously unused patch of land, known locally as the Limehouse Triangle in London E14.
Locksley D is the fourth phase of a £37.1m project to deliver 94 council homes. The site sits between Regents Canal and the Limehouse Cut about 300m north-east of Limehouse railway station.
The 17-unit affordable housing development over eight storeys comprises a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments for local people, including families, on the housing register.
Construction works on site are expected to begin in March 2021, with completion anticipated for November 2022.
2021 January - Bouygues UK is appointed as the main contractor.
2019 - Planning permission for the residential development comprising 17, one, two, three and four-bedroom flats available for affordable rent.
