The Venue is a residential development within the Old Vinyl Factory site in Hayes, London UB3.

The Venue is a £70.5 million (GDV) collection of 181 new homes with the first residents already moved in.

The one- and two-bedroom luxurious apartments all have a private balcony or terrace, access to a large central podium garden and allocated parking to selected plots.



In partnership with Hillingdon Borough Council, Weston Homes is offering Discount Market Sale (DMS) units, which are available to buyers who earn less than £90,000 per year. A number of one-bedroom new apartments are available to buy at just 80% of their market value but still giving their buyer 100% of the ownership. The scheme is available to eligible buyers who have lived or worked in the United Kingdom for over 12 months (other criteria apply).
