Overview

Mosaic Place is a mixed-use development in Purley, Greater London CR8.

Thornsett with Purley Baptist Church is building 220 residential units and a new 37,000 sq ft Baptist Church along with Community facilities.

The £100m development includes a 17-storey tower designed by Proctor and Matthews Architects that combines private and affordable housing.

Construction started on Phase 1 in February 2021. Phase 1 provides 106 shared ownership and affordable rented units delivered by Optivo.

Phase 2, which comprises 114 private apartments, will commence after phase 1 is completed.
