Overview

EEKO within Agar Grove Phase 1C is part of the residential-led regeneration of the Agar Grove estate in London NW1.

The third phase of the development by Camden Council includes blocks designed by Mae architects and by Hawkins\Brown.

The redevelopment scheme includes new council homes, intermediate homes and homes for sale.

1 and 2-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom duplex apartments are coming in 2023 with completions expected in 2024.

New Passivhaus Homes
All the new build homes in this development are built to the Passivhaus standard, which means the buildings use around 90% less energy than standard UK buildings. The heating loss is reduced to a minimum by maximising the use of super insulation, stringent airtightness and removal of thermal bridges. By combining this with passive solar gain (the warmth of the sun through windows) and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, Passivhaus design creates healthy and comfortable buildings that require minimal heating.
