Overview
Hackney Yards is a residential-led mixed-use development by Notting Hill Genesis around Hackney Wick station in London E9.
The scheme will provide 190 new homes that are. 100% affordable, and which will be 5% larger than national standards. Across four buildings there will be a mix of London Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership.
The development will include 4,131sqm of non-residential space including affordable workspace, light industrial space, studio offices, a community-led incubator space, and some town centre retail.
Creatives and small businesses will be able to benefit from commercial space, (24%) of which will be secured at low cost.
Shared Ownership

The land is owned by London Legacy Development Corporation.
