Capella, also known as S4, is a residential-led mixed-use development in King's Cross, London N1C.
New Homes For Sale
The scheme includes 120 new homes for private sale and 56 social rented units. Studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom leasehold apartments are in building designed by Allies and Morrison.

Affordable Housing
