The 0.33ha site is located within The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) boundary on the eastern side of Scrubs Lane, with St Mary’s Catholic Cemetery lies to the north and east. North Kensington Gate is north of the site and Mitre Yard to the west across Scrubs Lane.
