Overview
Aperture Works is a residential-led development by L&Q on the former Kodak Factory site in Harrow, Greater London HA1.
This is the first phase of the Kodak Project, which will provide 747 new homes as well as a food store, flexible commercial spaces, and a health centre.
A new green link will connect Aperture Works to the wider regeneration of the Kodak site (by Barratt London and Hyde Housing), and to Headstone Manor.
This phase contains 40% of affordable units. L&Q will voluntarily deliver an additional 108 shared ownership units above the outline requirement.
