Overview

One East Point is a proposed mixed-use tower development by City & Docklands on the Isle of Dogs in London E14.

The 54-storey 175-metre tower designed by Make will contain 457 residential units along with flexible retail, community, creative and amenity spaces.

The building will have 907m2 of outdoor and indoor residential amenity spaces located across three floors of the building on levels 24, 41 and 48. The building will feature sky gardens on floor 48 and a waterfront terrace on the first floor.

The first level features a big open-plan room that can be divided into various-sized studios for local artists. These studios are complemented with a public terrace that can be used as an exhibition space.

The plans also include a waterfront public square, extensive landscaping, children’s play areas, a health and wellbeing centre, and a sculpture garden.
