TwentyThreeWest on Felix Road is a development of 23 private sale homes in West Ealing, London W13.

Joint venture partners Real and A2 Dominion are building new family homes ranging in size from 1,250 sq ft to 1,475 sq ft.

The 2.5-storey homes comprise three and four bedrooms, three bathrooms (two en-suite, one family bathroom) as well as a ground floor cloakroom.

The homes have been designed by Conran+Partners to suit the varying needs of different families with a mixture of open plan combined living areas, as well as separate kitchen/ diners and living rooms depending on the house type.

This is the 6th phase in the £237m regeneration project throughout Green Man Lane, with 942 mixed tenure homes in total.
