The site comprises 55 one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses over 15 storeys, as well as a four-storey townhouse.
The new building is designed by PLP Architecture. Interior design by Tomasz Starzewski.
The building was intended to visually echo the form of the 12-storey 1960s office block that was previously on this site.
Amenities include a gym, private cinema, two meeting rooms, lounge/library with a bar (non-serviced) and a 24hr concierge.
The former International House at 66 Chiltern Street, a commercial building in the heart of Marylebone, was converted into residences and completion in 2017.
The old building was originally constructed in the 1960s and reclad in 1989.
Practical completion was reached in December 2017.
