Overview
One Nine Elms is a new development at the Market Towers site in Nine Elms, Vauxhall, London SW8.
The buildings will create over 730,000sq ft of residential space, 267,000sq ft of hotel accommodation and 1,000sq ft of retail space across two towers.
Planning consent incorporates seven main buildings and two pavilion structures to form a new urban square, a secondary community space and a children’s playground on Miles Street.
The first 18 floors of the River Tower will house a 5-star hotel, including a luxury spa, ballroom and clubhouse restaurant set above the hotel-room floors. Level 50 of the City Tower will offer an impressive residential lounge and sky garden, showcasing stunning views of London across the River Thames.

The 58-storey residential tower will be reaching 199.9 meters in height. The tower contains 382 new apartments, including 52 affordable apartments and 328 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments & 2 penthouses.

43-storeys - 109 residential apartments will be for sale above Park Hyatt hotel.
History
2018 January - Dalian Wanda sold the development to Guangzhou R&F Properties.
2015 - Launched in the UK and internationally in 2015, the One Nine Elms project comprises two towers.

The site is bounded by Parry Street, Bondway, Miles Street and Wandsworth Road in Lambeth. Vauxhall Square forms part of the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea (VNEB) Opportunity Area in Central London.
