The new development by Make achitects will create a 26-storey office building that is connected to two buildings of 13 and 6 storeys. The scheme will comprise high-quality office space, including affordable workspace, new cafes, restaurants, cultural venues and green spaces.

Lambeth Council ref. no. 17/03986/FUL.

January 2013 - ITV Plc purchased the 2.5 acre site for £56million from Coal Pension Properties Ltd whose agent on the sale was LaSalle Investment Management.
