Ludgate House comprised 173,633 sq ft. and was let to United Business Media plc at £4.87million p.a. The lease expired in March 2015.

2018 - The demolition works complete.

2017 September - McGee starts the structural demolition.

2017 July - On the weekend of 15/16th July the tower crane required to demolition Ludgate House was erected by McGee.

2016 October - Initial demolition works commenced on select areas of Ludgate house. Specialist contractor, McGee undertook the works.

The house was sold by Minerva to a private investor for £78.5 million in August 2005.
