Overview

Stratton House is a Grade II listed property, built in 1929, on the corner of Piccadilly and Stratton Street, opposite Green Park and the Ritz Hotel, and within the Mayfair Conservation Area. The building is right next to Green Park underground station.

It provides a total of 108,000 sq ft of prime mixed-use accommodation over basement, ground and 7 upper floors and residential on the eighth floor. A specially created penthouse flat was sold at a record price in 2010.

The 1,000m² residential apartment at the 8th floor takes up the entire top floor and introduces a roof-top terrace garden overlooking Green Park. The residential accommodation is accessed by a separate and discreet entrance, located adjacent to the revamped commercial entrance on Stratton Street.

September 2009 - refurbished by WEL Property Limited Partnership, Rolfe Judd architects' designs.

Spring 2012 - London law firm Russell-Cooke advised the purchaser (a private European Investor) on the acquisition of Stratton House for £166 million. Before that Stratton House was last purchased in 2005.
