The development includes a new 11,000 sq ft public square at the base of the building.

Awarded the first ever design stage certificate under the BREEAM UK new construction 2014 scheme. The development incorporates photovoltaic solar panels to the roof, heat recovery on its air handling units, and energy efficient LED lighting throughout.

History

2020 October - The building is marketed for sale by Cushman & Wakefield for £820m, according to Fincancial Times.

The new development was marketed by Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE prior to completion in 2017.
