Berkeley Group is looking to redevelop the site to create new homes, office/retail space and much needed public realm improvements.
The redevelopment of the site will see the creation of 3 buildings of between ground and 14 and ground and 31 storeys including commercial space (Class E), 556 residential units (including 210 affordable housing units), landscaping and associated cycle and accessible car parking.
- New homes, including 50% affordable homes (40% on-site and 10% offsite)
- New community facility

- New retail and office space (55,000 sqft) creating over 450 new jobs
- Deliver substantial public realm improvements for the area and improve the pedestrian network

The scheme will provide over £17m in Community Infrastructure Levy payments (CIL) and S106 contributions.
