Originally built in the 1920s as a printing factory, the 34,000sq ft building is centrally located behind the BBC on Regent Street and was occupied by the BBC as the headquarters of its commercial division.
History
2021 May - Bluebook lets out 5th floor to Sisley UK.
2015 August - Kier Property and Investec Structured Property Finance, in joint venture, have acquired 31-36 Foley Street in Fitzrovia, London. Terms were agreed with British Airways Pension Trustees and Dukelease to purchase the vacant building for £55m (excluding VAT and fees). Michael Elliott LLP advised Kier on the acquisition.
2015 - Dukelease sold the site with planning permission.
