History
The building was once the offices of the White Star Line, which sold tickets to the maiden voyage of Titanic in 1912.
Built in 1903-1906 by H.Tanner junior.
Grade II listed building was granted planning permission in December 2013 for: Dual/alternative use of basement and ground floor levels as two units for use as retail (Class A1) and/or restaurant (Class A3). Use of first to sixth floors as eight residential flats (Class C3). Demolition and erection of replacement sixth floor roof extension. Infill of rear lightwell and extension of core and plant room to rear and at roof level. Use of flat roof at sixth floor level as terraces with associated alterations. Alterations to elevations including fenestration/doors. Westminster Council ref no 13/02044/FULL.
Completed in Spring 2017.
