History
2017 September - Planning permission for Alchemi and Stiff+Trevillion project. In September 2017, planning consent was granted to a new scheme designed, which involved the demolition of the existing buildings, to be replaced by a residential-led mixed-use development in buildings up to 36 storeys containing 278 apartments.
2015 October - Alchemi Group appointed as development manager.
2015 March - Planning consent was granted to a scheme by Stephan Davy Smith Architects (Application ref 14/0371/FUL) that involved the demolition of the existing buildings and erection of buildings up to 37 storeys, including 219 homes, new office and retail floorspace.
