The building was home to The Hospital Club from 2004 to 2021. Founded by Paul G Allen and multi-media entrepreneur Dave Stewart, The Hospital Club was a private members club offering the creative industries the environment and facilities it needs to create, connect and collaborate. The building hosted a TV and Music Studio, a Screening Room, lounges, bars, and meeting rooms.

2015 January - fifteen boutique hotel rooms were launched.
2004 - Paul G Allen and Dave Stewart renovate the former hospital building.
