Affordable Homes
30 new homes were available through SBHG (17 for affordable rent; 13 for shared ownership). This is a S106 scheme with Bellway Homes, which provides 17 homes for affordable rent (in block A) and 13 homes for shared ownership (in block B). The homes are a mix of one- and two-bedroom flats, including 4 wheelchair-accessible flats in Block B. There will also be associated balconies and communal amenity space.
