Overview

Queen's Quarter is a mixed-use development adjacent to Croydon Town Hall in Croydon, London CR9.

New Build Apartments
513 homes to the area, with a massive 50% of them designated as affordable housing.

A mix of single aspect one-bedroom apartment and a range of dual aspect two and three-bed flats for sale and rent across 4 buildings ranging from 13 to 15 storeys.

There will also be 12,500ft of retail and commercial space to help boost Croydon’s new neighbourhood.

The scheme includes transforming The Queen’s Gardens park (formerly known as the Town Hall Gardens) which is situated in front of the new buildings.

The name is inspired by the public and locally loved Queen’s Gardens that the development will connect with. New play area and community, park refurbishments and fresh ideas came from a large community consultation project, led by Kaizen. The architecture for the café was chosen through competition for young, aspiring architects.

20% of more public space is delivered around the Queen’s Gardens.
