Overview

The Frames is an office building in Shoreditch, London EC2.

The old building, comprising 21,000 sq. ft. of studio office space valued at £9m in March 2015, was replaced by a new 55,000 sq. ft. business centre.

The new centre provides:
• business-grade telecommunications and data infrastructure throughout;
• meeting room facilities;
• a café and communal areas for informal meetings and events;
• shower facilities;
• cycle storage.

2015 July - Planning permission granted for:
Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 5-storey plus basement building comprising approximately 5,695sqm of Commercial (Use class B1) floorspace, 468sqm of A3 (Restaurants and Cafes) and 1,028sqm of D2 (leisure) together with cycle storage, plant, highways works and landscaping.
